The petitioner has filed this petition for issuing direction to the respondents to allot him plot under the Oustee Quota, without first making request for the same to the competent authority. In view of this fact, learned counsel states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to first approach the competent authority for allotment of a plot in his favour under the Oustee Quota.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. If the aforesaid prayer of the petitioner is not accepted by the authorities, it will be open to him to approach this court.
