The petitioner Society had filed the instant writ petition for issuing direction to the respondents to consider its application for allotment of a plot as per the policy of the Haryana Government. On July 22, 1997, this writ petition was ordered to be listed for hearing after the decision of CWP No. 8568 of 1997, and as and when the aforesaid CWP was decided, learned counsel for the petitioner was directed to inform the office about the same.
The Registry has listed this petition with a note that the aforesaid writ petition (CWP No. 8568 of 1997) was decided by this Court vide common judgment dated 3.10.1997, passed in CWP No. 8905 of 1997. However, since no information was supplied by learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, this petition could not be listed on earlier occasion.

Now, even after issuance of notice to learned counsel for the parties regarding the date of hearing in this petition for today, no one is present on behalf of either of the parties.
