Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of later CM No.7838 of 2013 filed on behalf of all the petitioners, the date of hearing fixed for 26.7.2013 may be preponed to today.
In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the date of hearing fixed for 26.7.2013 in CM No.6543 of 2013 is ordered to be preponed to today.
Applicants in CM No. 7838 of 2013 and CM No.6543 of 2013 seek to withdraw the main writ petition bearing CWP No.19850 of
