Counsel for the petitioner has pleaded fraud at the hand of the Presiding Officer in connivance with the elected candidate. This is a question of fact which cannot be adjudicated in the writ jurisdiction. The petitioner, if so advised, may file election petition.
In view of this, counsel for the petitioner prays for the withdrawal of the instant writ petition.
