This petition has arisen for disobeying an order passed by this Court on 16.2.2010 in R.S.A.No.2105 of 2009. Both the respondents are present in Court. Learned counsel for the parties are ad-idem that the matter has been compromised and in view thereof, aforesaid R.S.A has been dismissed as withdrawn.
Since the R.S.A has been withdrawn by the petitioner herein, the present petition has become infructuous and is dismissed as such.
Rule is discharged.
