The petitioner has challenged the order dated 26.3.2013. On the last date of hearing, learned State counsel was directed to produce the record which has been produced today. During the course of hearing, counsel for the petitioner has shown that the matter has been remanded back by the Financial Commissioner, Haryana vide order dated 26.3.2013 but submitted that a long time would be taken to conclude the partition proceedings. It is submitted that he would be satisfied if a direction is given by this Court for finalization of the partition proceedings within a time frame.
After hearing counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 26.3.2013 is maintained and the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Assistant Collector to decide the partition proceedings

as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order .
