The only grievance raised in this petition is with regard to
payment of arrears of revised pension.
Learned counsel for the State has submitted that by the end of this month, the amount of arrears of revised pension shall be credited in the account of the petitioner.
This statement of the learned State Counsel satisfies the petitioner and in view thereof, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Rule is discharged.
In case, the statement made by the learned State Counsel is
not complied with by the department, the petitioner may again file an application for revival of this petition.
