The present revision petition has been filed against the notice of accusation under Section 499/500 Indian Penal Code and order dated 26.07.2011 Annexure P-1 vide which petitioner was ordered to be chargesheeted for the offences under Sections 499/500 IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioner requests for withdrawal of
this petition on the plea that he would take all these pleas before learned trial Court at appropriate Stage.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
