The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of complaint No.47/11 dated 13.08.2004 pending in the Court of learned Special Judicial Magistrate, Kurukshetra (Annexure P-1) and summoning order dated 06.01.2007 and all consequential proceeding thereof.
Learned counsel for the petitioner requests for withdrawal of this petition on the plea that he would take all these pleas before learned trial Court at appropriate Stage.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
