In response to the notice issued, reply by way of affidavit attested on 20.3.2013 filed in the Court today, is taken on record. It is stated therein that entire retiral dues of the petitioner have been cleared. The amount of GPF was paid on 10.10.2011, leave encashment on 14.5.2012, gratuity and commutation of pension on 14.2.2013 and pension payment order has been issued on 7.2.2013. The said fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
