By filing this writ petition, it is stated that exorbitant compensation amount has been granted by respondent No.4 to the land owners whose land was acquired to develop Sectors 21 and 22P in Sirsa. Prayer is to conduct an inquiry.
This Court is already looking into the above allegation in CWP No.9846 of 2012 which is now fixed on 17.9.2012. It is not necessary to start parallel proceedings. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to be intervenors in that writ petition, if they so desire.
