This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to issue necessary directions or guidelines to the judicial officers of the subordinate Courts or incorporate those in the Rules and Orders of Punjab and Haryana High Court for reforming the bail-system being administered in the criminal Courts, in violation of the Constitutional provisions, in letter and spirit and curbing the menace of professional paid-up sureties fleecing the innocent litigants within the precincts of the Courts.
After going through the averments made in this writ petition, this Court is of the opinion that no order can be passed on the judicial side, and however, the petitioner, if so advised, may move on the administrative side for redressal of his grievance.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
