The petitioner is aggrieved by posting of respondent No.2 as Branch Incharge at Malout. While the petitioner is working as Field Officer, respondent No.2 is working as a Junior Engineer with respondent No.1. The petitioner claims that in terms of the policy circular dated 4.9.1998 (Annexure P-1), the Field Officers alone are required to be posted as Branch Incharge in 'B' Grade branches and that in violation of the said policy circular, respondent No.2 has been posted as Branch Incharge.

The above stated claim has been raised by the petitioner vide a legal notice dated 25.11.2011 (Annexure P-6) also but without any response thereto.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, however, without expressing any views on the merits of the petitioner's claim, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Managing Director of respondent No.1-Federation to consider the aforementioned claim of the petitioner which is contained in the legal

notice dated 25.11.2011 (Annexure P-6) also, in the light of the policy circular dated 4.9.1998 (Annexure P-1) and dispose of the same by passing a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receiving
