The respondents have filed the reply/affidavit along with details of payments made to the petitioner leaving no cause to continue with the present proceedings which are accordingly dropped and the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case there is any other pending claim, he may submit a representation in regard thereto, before the Authorities who shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with Rules/law.
