The bail application of the petitioner was dismissed on merits on 12.3.2012 by observing as under:-
“Number of persons have gone and caused injuries to the deceased. The submission is that petitioner is not named in the FIR. In the manner in which the incident is alleged, it would have been difficult for the person to name each and every person. The role of the petitioner has surfaced during investigation. Person has died. Not a fit case for release on bail.
Dismissed.”
Again the same submissions are made. No case for grant
of bail, therefore, is made out.
Dismissed.
