The petitioners have approached this Court by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. invoking its inherent jurisdiction for quashing of order dated 11.2.2011 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jhajjar and order dated 2.5.2012 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jhajjar vide which the petitioners were summoned as additional accused allowing the application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. moved by the prosecution.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition.
In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is ordered to be dismissed as
withdrawn.
