The present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to respondents no.2 and 3 not to harass or interfere in the peaceful married life of the petitioners at the instance of respondents no.4 to 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners will be satisfied if respondent no.2, i.e., Superintendent of Police, Sirsa, is directed to take appropriate action, in accordance with law, on application, dated 2.7.2012, Annexure P4, already made to him by petitioner no.1.

As per averments made in the petition both the petitioners are major. Date of birth of petitioner no.1-Raj Bala, as per copy of Transfer Certificate of Middle Class, Annexure P1, is 29.4.1990, and age of petitioner No.2- Subhash, as per identity card issued by Election

Commission of India, Annexure P2, is 21 years as on 1.1.2008. They got married on 2.7.2012. Photographs of the marriage are Annexure P3.

In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners and without going into the merits of the claim raised by the petitioners, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.2, i.e.,Superintendent of Police, Sirsa, to take appropriate action, in accordance with law, on application, dated 2.7.2012, Annexure P4, already stated to have been moved to him by petitioner no.1.
