The petitioner was on pre-arrest bail and failed to appear in the court on one date. His bail bonds were cancelled. The prayer for staying his arrest was declined by the Court of Sessions. Whereafter he filed the present petition.
Counsel today submits that the petitioner has already appeared before the court and submitted bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial court.
The present petition is, therefore, rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
