This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.71 dated 21.7.2011 under Sections 498-A/406 IPC, registered at Police Station Chatiwind, District Amritsar Rural.
Learned State counsel, after seeking instructions from Assistant Sub Inspector Savinder Singh, states that the petitioner is not cooperating with the investigating agency and the recovery has not been effected.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
