This is a petition filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of concession of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.4 dated 1.2.2012 under Sections 306 IPC, registered at Police Station G.R.P. Kurukshetra.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that all the accused have been acquitted.
Learned State counsel, after seeking instructions from SI Suresh Kumar, does not dispute this fact.
In view of the above, this petition has been rendered infructuous.
Disposed of accordingly.
