Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in a case arising out of FIR No.75, dated 19.5.2011, registered at Police Station 379, 420, 411 of the Indian Penal Code and 66, 66-B, 66-C and 66-D of the Information Technology Act.
Learned Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Birbal, PS Kalayat, submits that this petition has been rendered infructuous as both the accused, nominated in the FIR, have been convicted by the trial court.
In view of the above, present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
