Lekhi, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bathinda to decide his application dated September 17th , 2010 (Annexure P-2) to release the goods, taken into possession by the Police in case bearing First Information Report No.68 dated August 20th , 2010 under Section 420 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, Police Station Civil Lines, Bathinda.
