By filing this petition, petitioner seeks quashing of First Information Report No.71 dated June 14th , 2006, under Sections 323 and 341 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, Police Station Dhaka, Jagraon.
During the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner confines her submission to the contention that petitioner is eighteen years old, a college going girl and it will be in the interest of justice to direct trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously.
In view of this submission, trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within three months from the date of receipt of this order.
Disposed of accordingly.
