By filing this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, petitioners seek quashing of First Information Report No.34 dated March 24th , 2009, under Section 304-A of Indian Penal Code, Police Station Raikot, District Ludhiana (Annexure P-2).
Learned State counsel assisted by Mr. Harbans Singh, Assistant Sub Inspector, has stated that in this case, prosecution has already filed report for cancellation of the case before the Area Magistrate. In view of this, no action is called for. Disposed of accordingly.
