Vide order dated 20.04.2011, this Court had dismissed this anticipatory bail application qua petitioner Nos.1 to 3 and had granted interim anticipatory bail to petitioner No.4 only.
Learned counsel for petitioner No.4 states that the petitioner No.4 has joined the investigation. Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurinder Singh, has confirmed this fact and stated that the petitioner No.4 is no more required for further investigation.
In view thereof, the order dated 20.04.2011 passed by this Court is hereby made absolute.
The petition shall stand disposed of.
