This is a petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to take remedial action in view of representation/complaint Annexures P-1 & P-2.
At the outset learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gian Ishwar, who is present in court, submits that a cross case has already been registered at the behest of the petitioner against respondent No. 5.
In view of statement made by learned State counsel, it appears that no cause of action survives in this petition and no further orders are required to be passed.
Disposed of.
