In this petition, only direction sought by the petitioner is for transfer of investigation of FIR in question to a senior officer as she apprehends threat to her life and liberty.
Learned State counsel submits that grievance of the petitioner shall be looked into by respondent No.3 and action, if any, shall be taken in accordance with law.
In view of aforesaid, it appears that no further orders are required to be passed at this stage.
