This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.79 dated 3rd July, 2010, under Sections 307, 382, 506 read with Section 34 IPC and Sections 25/54/59 of Arms Act, registered at police station City S.B.S. Nagar, District S.B.S. Nagar and the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.
Learned State counsel (on instructions from S.I. Sukhdev Singh, who is present in court) at the outset submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has been shown in column No.2 in the final report submitted under Section 173 Cr.P.C.
In view of above, no further orders are required to be
passed.
