Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh in case there is any compromise between the parties. He further submits that in the event of filing a fresh petition, a fresh compromise shall be placed on record.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
