The petitioner has approached this Court by way of instant writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release him the family pension/GPF/Gratuity etc. on account of death of his father who was serving as Auditor under respondent No.3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be allowed to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to make a detailed and comprehensive representation to the respondents for the redressal of his grievance.
In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to make a detailed and comprehensive representation to the concerned respondent for the redressal of his grievance as has been raised in the instant writ petition. In case such a representation is made by the petitioner, the same shall be decided by the said respondent by passing a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of its filing.
