The petitioner has approached this Court by way of instant writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 15.1.2010 (Annexure P-10) passed by respondent No.3 whereby she has been removed from the post of Art and Craft Teacher.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be allowed to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to make a detailed and comprehensive representation to respondent No.2Haryana State Council for Child Welfare, District Branch, Jind, for the redressal of her grievance.
In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to make a detailed and comprehensive representation to respondent No.2 for the redressal of her grievance as has been raised in the instant writ petition. In case such a representation is made by the petitioner, the same shall be decided by the said respondent by passing a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of its filing.
