This petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 55 dated 21.8.2010 under Sections 326/ 324/ 323/ 148/ 149of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Sadiq, District Ferozepur.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
However, in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within one week from today and moves an application for regular bail, the same be disposed of in accordance with law by the Area Magistrate expeditiously preferably within two days.
