This is a petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 169 dated 21.10.2008 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of Indian Penal Code, registered at P S City Nawanshahr, SBS Nagar.
It is stated that the petitioner has already been enlarged on bail by the trial Court under Section 167(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the petition is rendered infructuous.
Dismissed as such.
