This is a petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 99 date 13.06.2010 under Section 363, 366, 368, 376 of Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiarpur.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Shiv Singh, states that the petitioner has since joined the investigation.
