This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for seeking direction to complete the investigation in FIR No. 108 dated 01.05.2010 under Section 302, 34 of Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Staten Jodhewal, District Ludhiana.
Reply has been filed. As per the reply, Inquiry Officer recommended for deletion of Section 302 IPC and for registration of case under Section 306 IPC. Subsequently, the file was sent to the Deputy District Attorney (Legal) Ludhiana who agreed with the recommendations of the Inquiry officer and also recommended for completion of investigation

against accused Usha Rani and Monica Rani under Section 302, 34 IPC and to present the challan. In pursuance to the receipt of the information, respondent No. 3 directed respondent No. 2 to conduct the investigation promptly and further to present the final report in the Court of competent jurisdiction.
The Court has, no doubt, that the said investigation will be completed and final report will be submitted as soon as possible.
In view of the above, no further order is required to be called
for.
