Coram: Hon'ble Mr.Justice Jaswant Singh
Present: Mr.YM Bhagirath,Advocate for the petitioner.
Jaswant Singh.J.(Oral)
Prayer under Section 482 Cr.PC is for quashing FIR No.37 dated 30.8.1999 under Sections 420, 467,468,471,120-B IPC, PS Hambran,Distt.Jagraon alongwith all subsequent proceedings.
Quashing is prayed on the ground that the dispute is purely of civil nature. Be that as it may, the FIR dates back to the year 1999. It is admitted that the case is at the stage of recording of prosecution evidence. In these circumstances, no case for quashing the impugned FIR is made out.
Dismissed.
