Prayer is under Section 482 Cr.PC for quashing of criminal complaint no.64 dated 12.9.2009 titled as Shiv Kumar Aggarwal Versus Sham Sunder and Another under Sections 323, 364, 506 and 34 of Indian Penal Code pending before the JMIC, Ferozepur for 17.5.2010 on the basis of compromise and subsequent proceedings arising out of the same.
After arguing for some time learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
