As per allegations, co-accused of the petitioner, namely, Makhan Goel and Vinod Goel are Press Reporters and are in the habit of blackmailing people.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is running a shop of Karyana and has nothing to do with the aforesaid persons and that he has been falsely implicated. Learned counsel further submits that in pursuance of interim order passed by this Court, petitioner has joined investigation.

Learned state counsel, on instructions from SI Bhinder Singh, states that the petitioner has joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required.

In view of the above, interim protection/bail granted vide order
