This is a petition under Section 438 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.109 dated 01.05.2010 under Sections 306, 309, 498-A/34 IPC registered at Police Station Sadar, Sonepat.
It is admitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that by mistake and due to typographical error, the name of petitioner No.2 has been left out in the FIR. Thus, both the petitioners are specifically named in the FIR and specific allegations have been levelled against them to that extent. Thus, their case is different from the co-accused, namely Suren, Baljeet Singh and petitioners No.3, 4 and 5 in Crl. Misc. No.M-22391 of 2010 who are enlarged on bail.
No ground for concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioners
is made out.
Dismissed.
