FIR No.219 dated 04.11.2009 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 473, 379, 411 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Sector 31, Chandigarh and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
