This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C for issuance of direction to respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and her family members at the hands of accused persons and also for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 to 5 to take action against the accused persons on the basis of the complaints Annexures P/2 to P/4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with correct and proper prayer.
