This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing the FIR No.156 dated 05.06.2009 registered at Police Station City Rajpura, District Patiala under Section 420 IPC and all subsequent proceedings arising out of the same.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file revision petition against the Order dated 10.03.2010 (P-10) passed by the SDJM, Rajpura.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
