After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to move the authorities for payment of the retrenchment compensation, which was not paid to them at the time of their retrenchment, in light of the order dated February 10, 2004, passed by this court in CWP No. 9186 of 2002, titled as Joi Ram and others versus State of Haryana and others.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
