The petitioners have filed this application ( C.M. No.2361 of 2009 ) for disposing of the main case in accordance with the order dated 3.12.2008 passed by this Court in CWP No.15558 of 1997 titled as Devi Chand and others Vs. Haryana State Electricity Board.
Notice of this application was given to the counsel for the respondents.
The respondents have filed an affidavit dated 13.5.2009 of J.C. Katyal, Under Secretary, HR-I, HVPNL, Panchkula, admitting the contention of the petitioners that the controversy involved in this

Civil Writ Petition. No.12819 of 2000 (O&M)
petition, has already been decided by this Court in the aforesaid judgment and the claim of the petitioners will be considered according to the directions given in the said judgment.
In view of above, this petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent-Board to consider the case of the petitioners in terms of the decision given by this Court in the aforesaid judgment.
