In the affidavit filed by the Manager, Managing Committee, Shri Guru Harkrishan Public Secondary School, Talwara, it has been disclosed that during the pendency of this petition, services of the petitioner have been terminated with effect from 16.4.2009. The main writ petition was filed by the petitioner for quashing of the charge sheet. In view of the passing of order of termination, counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the order of termination in accordance with law.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
