Counsel for the petitioners submits that the present FIR is based upon a concocted story because even from the persons who were arrested and released on regular bail, no arms were recovered. On a pointed question put to the counsel for the State in this regard, it is submitted, on instructions received from HC Dalbir Singh, that `Datar' has been recovered from Paramjit Singh, who has been released on regular bail. He further submitted that a false statement has been made by the counsel for the petitioner in order to mislead the Court. Moreover, a Kulhari has to be recovered from the petitioner.
In view of the above, I do not find it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Dismissed.
