Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation in respect of termination of pregnancy of the petitioner. He further submits that in terms of the order passed by this Court dated 27.4.2009, the petitioner has joined the investigation. This fact is admitted by the counsel for the State on instructions received from SI Ishwar Singh. He further submits that the petitioner is not required for further custodial interrogation.
In view of the above, order dated 27.4.2009 is made absolute.
The petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when called for. She shall also abide by the provisions of Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The petition is disposed of.
