Counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to the order dated 8.6.2009, the petitioner has joined the investigation. This fact is admitted by the counsel for the State on instructions received from ASI Chand Singh. Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner is no more required for custodial interrogation.
Without commenting on the merits of the case, order dated 8.6.2009 is made absolute. The petitioner shall keep on joining investigation as and when called for. He shall also abide by the provisions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
The petition is disposed of.
