Concededly, the further progress in the trial is held up for want of appearance of two foreign national PWs. DGP, Haryana, has already addressed a letter to the Financial Commissioner (Home) for sanction of Rs. 1,74,000/- which are required to be deposited to defray the expenditure to obtain the presence of those two witnesses. The needful has not been done today.
