The learned State counsel, under instructions from HC Baljinder Singh, states that a plea for cancellation of case FIR No.159 dated 17.12.2008, under Sections 452/323/506/34 IPC, P.S. Mehna, District Moga has already been filed before the learned Illaqua Magistrate.
In the context of that averment, learned counsel appearing on behalf the first informant – complainant states that he reserves the obvious liberty to file a protest petition before the learned Magistrate.
In the light thereof, this petition shall stand disposed of as infructuous accordingly.
